长距离有压输水系统事故停泵水锤防护措施研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了防止事故停泵水锤危害长距离有压输水系统的运行安全,研究事故工况下的长距离有压输水系统的水锤防护措施具有重要现实意义。结合工程实例,根据管道瞬变流基本原理,采用特征线法建立了星石泊泵站至卧龙隧洞入口段有压输水管道模型,模拟计算了星石泊泵站发生停泵事故后的水力过渡过程,讨论了泵后阀关闭程序和增设不同数量空气阀等措施对事故停泵水锤防护效果的影响,探究了长距离有压输水系统突发停泵事故的水锤防护措施及规律,并得到了相应的停泵水锤联合防护方案,最后提出了针对长距离有压输水系统的水锤防护优化建议。结果表明:将增设空气阀防护与泵后阀关闭程序防护相结合,可实现长距离有压输水系统的停泵水锤防护的目的。研究成果不仅有助于保障本段工程的安全运行,并且同时期望对于类似工程的水锤防护具有参考和借鉴意义。 In order to prevent the operation safety of long-distance pressurized water conveyance system from being harmed by water hammer caused by accidental pump shutdown,it is of great practical significance to study the water hammer protection measures of long-distance pressurized water conveyance system under accident conditions.In this paper,the pressurized water lifting section from Xingshibo pump station to Wolong tunnel is taken as the research object.According to the basic principle of pipeline transient flow,the model of pressurized water transmission pipeline from Xingshibo pump station to the entrance of Wolong tunnel is established by using the Method of Characteristics(MOC).After the pump shutdown accident,the hydraulic transition process of Xingshibo pump station is simulated and calculated,and the influence of measures such as closing procedure of valve behind pump and adding different number of air valves on the protection effect of water hammer is discussed.In addition,the protection measures and rules of water hammer for sudden pump stop accidents in long-distance pressurized water conveyance system are studied,and corresponding joint protection schemes of water hammer are obtained.Eventually,the optimization suggestions of water hammer protection for long-distance pressurized water conveyance system are put forward.The research results show that the combination of adding air valve protection and valve closing program protection behind the pump can achieve the purpose of water hammer protection when the pump is stopped in the long-distance pressurized water conveyance system.The above research results could be helpful to ensure the safe operation of this section of the project.Meanwhile,it is expected that the research results can be used as a reference for water hammer protection in similar projects.
