摘要
根据煤炭企业机电设备管理特点及其发展需要,对公司生产作业所需的物资进行全生命周期的跟踪和管理,实现设备质量溯源,加强采购管控并有效降低设备闲置率。为此着重介绍设备身份识别技术在煤炭生产型企业物资管理中的实践与应用,及其在设备检修、设备出入库管理、设备问题上报,故障跟踪中的应用效果。通过对煤炭生产作业所涉及的设备、大型部件、大型材料及其他物资等进行一物一码管理,为其编制身份识别码,利用信息化管控手段,借助设备身份识别系统,以设备检修为核心,依托业务流程驱动隐患治理为主线,实现神东矿井设备全生命周期的管理,有效降低运维管理成本,从而提高设备使用效率及企业精细化管理水平。
According to the management characteristics and development needs of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal enterprises,it is necessary to track and manage the production equipment in whole life cycle,so as to realize the traceability of equipment quality and effectively reduce the idle rate of equipment.This paper focuses on the application of equipment identification technology in material management of coal production enterprises,and its application effect in equipment maintenance,equipment in and out of warehouse management,equipment problem reporting and fault tracking.Through the one thing one code management of equipments,large parts,large materials and other materials in coal production,the identification code was prepared for them.Using information management and control means and equipment identification system,with equipment maintenance as the core,the whole life cycle management of Shendong mine equipment was realized,so as to effectively reduce the operation and maintenance management cost,improve the efficiency of equipment use and the level of enterprise refined management.
