摘要
随着学龄期儿童全麻手术数量的急剧增长以及加速康复外科(ERAS)理念在儿童日间手术领域中的不断深入,围术期麻醉管理至关重要,而学龄期儿童全麻机械通气潮气量大小的设置是围术期麻醉管理的关键环节。潮气量大小设置不当不仅会影响患儿机体功能,严重者影响患儿预后。本文对学龄期儿童全麻机械通气潮气量大小予以综述。
With the sharp increase in the number of general anesthesia surgeries for school-age children and the continuous deepening of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the field of children’s daytime surgery,perioperative anesthesia management is of great importance.The setting of the tidal volume of mechanical ventilation for school-age children under general anesthesia is a key link in perioperative anesthesia management.Improper setting of tidal volume will not only affect the body function of children,but also affect the prognosis of children.This paper reviews the tidal volume of mechanical ventilation under general anesthesia in school-age children.
