摘要
碳13红外光谱仪是检测幽门螺杆菌的专用仪器,在医疗机构广泛使用。目前国内外对于该仪器的计量校准缺乏相关研究,无现成的校准方法和校准装置可供使用,因而无法实现计量检测和管理。通过对碳13红外光谱仪测量原理和方法的研究,使用同位素丰度测量原理,结合混合气体的配制方法,研究适用于碳13红外光谱仪的校准方法,并研制出可用于该仪器校准用混合气体,实现对该设备的量值溯源。
Carbon 13 infrared spectrometer is an instrument for detecting Helicobacter pylori,which is widely used in medical institutions.At present,there is a lack of relevant research on the measurement calibration of this instrument at home and abroad,and there are no ready-made calibration methods and calibration devices available,so it is impossible to achieve measurement supervision and management.Through the research on the measurement principle and method of carbon 13 infrared spectrometer,using the isotope abundance measurement reference method,combined with the preparation method of high-accuracy standard gas,a set of calibration methods suitable for carbon 13 infrared spectrometer was developed,and a suitable Calibrate standard gas to trace the value of the equipment.
