近红外法检测滤棒中三醋酸甘油酯的施加量 被引量:3

Detection of the applied amount of triacetin in cellulose acetate filter rod by near infrared spectroscopy

摘要 该研究采用近红外法建立滤棒中三醋酸甘油酯的定量分析模型,并将模型应用于滤棒车间现场检测三醋酸甘油酯的施加量。结果显示:近红外法与气相色谱法检测结果无显著性差异,检测结果的绝对误差小于1%,相对误差小于10%;滤棒中三醋酸甘油酯的施加均匀性较好,同一滤棒两端三醋酸甘油酯的含量差不大于0.50%;长度100 mm普通醋纤滤棒建立的定量分析模型可以适用于100 mm、120 mm两种长度规格的高透和普通醋纤滤棒,预测相对误差小于10%。近红外法可以用于现场检测滤棒中三醋酸甘油酯的施加量,控制滤棒加工质量稳定性,提高滤棒品质。 The quantitative analysis model of triacetin in cellulose acetate filter rod was established by near infrared spectroscopy,and the model was applied to filter rod workshop to detect the content of triacetin in cellulose acetate filter rod.The results show that:there was no significant difference between near infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography in the detection results,the absolute error of the detection results by two methods is less than 1%,and the relative error is less than 10%.The application uniformity of triacetin in the filter rod was good,and the content difference of triacetin in both ends of the same filter rod was not more than 0.50%.The quantitative analysis model established by the 100 mm length common cellulose acetate filter rods could be applied to the 100 mm length high permeability cellulose acetate filter rods and the 120 mm length common cellulose acetate filter rods,and the relative error of prediction is less than 10%.The near infrared spectroscopy could be used to detect the application amount of triacetin in the filter rod,control the stability of filter rod processing quality and improve the quality of filter rod.
