摘要
为了解决海上油田压裂增产方法与技术费用高、难度大的问题,分析了渤海盆地MM油田储层特征及伤害机理,针对性地开展了酸液体系的研发,分析了酸液抑垢能力、酸液溶蚀能力和对堵塞物的溶解能力,通过实验将新型螯合酸与传统采用的酸液进行比较,反映出了新型螯合酸的良好性能。自2015年实践以来,推广应用超过400井次,成功率接近96%,增注效果明显。
In order to solve the problem of high cost and difficulty of fracturing stimulation method and technology in offshore oil field,the reservoir characteristics and damage mechanism of MM oil field in Bohai basin were analyzed,the research and development of acid system were carried out,and the scale inhibition ability,acid corrosion ability and plug dissolution ability of acid solution were analyzed.The new type of chelating acid was compared with the traditional acid solution through experiments.The results showed that the new chelating acid had good properties.Since 2015,the acid system has been popularized and applied in more than 400 wells,the success rate was close to 96%,and the injection increase effect was obvious.
