摘要
开展危险化学品储罐区泄露三维场景扩散模拟,对储罐区精准精细管控、制定应急救援预案、科学规划企业布局具有现实意义。储罐区三维场景能更好地解释气云流场中的细节问题,能精准分析事故后果。因此,研究危险化学品储罐区高精度、精细化三维空间信息采集和快速三维建模技术已是亟须解决的重要问题。系统性研究了利用地面三维激光扫描和无人机倾斜摄影技术获取危险化学品储罐区三维点云数据的采集、处理与协同技术以及储罐区快速三维建模方法,研究建立了储罐区三维信息空地协同采集和三维场景快速重构方案。经在某化工集团有限公司一级重大危险源液氨储存区实例应用,证明该方案可复制、工程化应用,具有较好的推广应用价值。
Carrying out three-dimensional scene diffusion simulation of leakage of dangerous chemical storage tanks has practical significance for precise and precise control of storage tanks,formulation of emergency rescue plans,and scientific planning of enterprise layout.The three-dimensional scene simulation of the tank area can better explain the details of the gas cloud flow field and accurately analyze the consequences of the accident.Therefore,the research on high-precision refined three-dimensional spatial information acquisition technology and fast three-dimensional modeling technology for hazardous chemical storage tank areas has become an important issue that needs to be solved.In this paper,the acquisition of dangerous chemicals tank 3D point cloud data by using terrestrial laser scanning and micro UAV tilt photography was studied,including data collection,data processing,collaborative and fast 3D modeling.At the same time,3D information space-ground collaborative acquisition and 3D scene rapid reconstruction scheme for dangerous chemicalstorage tank area was established.An application example in a liquid ammonia storage area of a chemical group Co.,Ltd.has proved that the scheme can be replicated and has good application value.
