等离子体煤制乙炔裂解气湿式除尘工艺的吸收液研究

Study on Absorption Solution for Wet Dust Removal Process of Coal-to-acetylene cracking gas produced by Plasma Method

摘要 为解决等离子体煤制乙炔裂解气在湿式除尘过程中的焦油捕集以及溶解乙炔的问题,分别采用水+液体石蜡或异丁基苯作为基底模拟煤焦油的特性,对添加的乳化剂种类、添加量和亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)以及添加的消泡剂种类和添加量等变量进行考察,筛选出了优化的吸收液,其具有提高焦油捕集效率并降低乙炔的溶解损失的优点。研究表明:在水+1.0%(质量分数)液体石蜡基底中,掺杂1.0%(质量分数)的span80+tween60混合物(HLB=8.6)的吸收液具有最好的效果;在水+1.0%(质量分数)异丁基苯基底中,掺杂0.5%(质量分数)的span80+tween20混合物(HLB=8.6)的吸收液效果最佳。同时,以上述吸收液为基础,1.0%(质量分数)添加量的二甲基硅油消泡剂具有较好的消泡效果,且对乙炔吸收影响较小。 To solve the problems of tar trapping and dissolving acetylene in the process of wet dust removal of plasma coal-to-acetylene cracking gas,water+liquid paraffin and isobutyl benzene were respectively used to simulate the characteristics of coal tar,the emulsifier type,emulsifier adding amount,oil and water balance(HLB)value as well as antifoaming agent type and adding amount were investigated,the optimal absorption solution with high tar capture efficiency and reduce less acetylene dissolved loss.The results showed that the absorbent solution doped with span80+tween60 mixture(HLB=8.6)had the best effect in water+1.0%(wt)liquid paraffin substrate.The absorption solution with 0.5%(wt)span80+tween20 mixture(HLB=8.6)was the best in the water+1.0%(wt)isobutyl phenyl substrate.At the same time,based on the absorption liquid above,the defoaming agent of dimethyl silicone oil with the addition amount of 1.0%(wt)had good defoaming effect,and had little effect on the absorption of acetylene.
