注水井结垢趋势灰色关联分析 被引量:3

Grey correlation analysis of scaling trend in water injection wells

摘要 注水开发油田注水井的结垢会严重影响油田开发效果,甚至带来安全隐患。为了预防垢的形成,应制定合理的防/除垢措施,需要对注入水结垢趋势进行敏感性分析。以碳酸钙结垢敏感性分析为例,采用均匀设计方案,使用Davis–Stiff饱和指数法、Oddo–Tomson饱和指数法和Ryznar稳定指数法对各方案的结垢趋势进行预测,并用灰色关联分析法分析各因素对碳酸钙结垢趋势的敏感程度。由SI值和IS值计算得到的结果趋势相同,各因素对碳酸钙结垢趋势的影响程度从大到小依次为:pH值、钙离子含量、温度、碳酸氢根含量、含盐量。SAI值的计算结果表明,钙离子含量的影响程度更大,其他排序相同。综合考虑,认为pH值和钙离子含量在碳酸钙结垢中占主导地位。 The scaling of water injection wells in water injection development oilfield will seriously affect the oilfield development effect,and even bring potential safety hazards.In order to prevent the formation of scale,reasonable scale removal/prevention measures should be formulated,and sensitivity analysis should be carried out on the scaling trend of injected water.Taking calcium carbonate scaling sensitivity analysis as an example,the uniform design scheme is adopted,the scaling trend of each scheme is predicted by Davis-Stiff saturation index method,Oddo-Thomson saturation index method and Ryznar stability index method,and the sensitivity of each factor to calcium carbonate scaling trend is analyzed by grey correlation analysis method.The results calculated from SI value and IS value have the same trend.The influence degree of each factor on the scaling trend of calcium carbonate is as follows:pH value,calcium ion content,temperature,bicarbonate content and salt content.The calculation results of SAI value show that the influence degree of calcium ion concentration is greater,and the other orders are the same.Based on comprehensive consideration,it is considered that pH value and calcium ion concentration are dominant in calcium carbonate scaling.
