摘要
基于飞行时间质谱仪检测兴奋剂类药物的需要,搭建了静电纺丝装置,优化了静电纺丝工艺,并对静电纺丝膜进行了形貌表征。该装置成功应用于本科实践教学中。新颖的静电纺丝操作激发了学生的实验热情,提高了学生的创新实践能力与科学研究水平,在实践教学中起到了良好的教学效果。
Based on the need of time-of-flight mass spectrometer to detect stimulant drugs,the electrospinning device is set up,the electrospinning process is optimized,and the morphology of electrospinning film is characterized.This device has been successfully applied in the undergraduate practical teaching.The interesting and novel electrospinning operation stimulates the students’enthusiasm for the experiment,improves their innovative practice ability and scientific research level and plays a good teaching effect in practical teaching.
