摘要
目的对于重症肺部感染患者采取经纤维支气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗进行治疗的临床疗效加以分析。方法选择2018年1月—2020年1月协和江南医院感染性疾病科接诊的重症肺部感染患者80例作为本文观察对象,根据重症肺部感染患者的入院顺序对其进行分组,其中一组重症肺部感染患者接受临床常规治疗,一共40例纳入到对照组,剩余一组重症肺部感染患者接受经纤维支气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗治疗,一共40例纳入到研究组,比较两组重症肺部感染患者接受各自治疗方案之后的临床疗效。结果研究组与对照组重症肺部感染患者接受各自治疗方案之后的动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压、动脉血氧饱和度水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组重症肺部感染患者治疗之后的症状改善时间、通气时间以及住院时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组重症肺部感染患者接受各自治疗方案之后的整体临床有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于重症肺部感染患者,为其提供经纤维支气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗治疗效果明显,能够显著改善重症肺部感染患者的动脉血氧分压、动脉二氧化碳分压以及动脉血氧饱和度,缩短重症肺部感染患者的症状改善时间与住院时间,提高疾病整体治疗效果,应该给予大力的推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of sputum aspiration through fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with alveolar lavage in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection.Methods Between January 2018 and January 2020 Concorde jiangnan hospital 80 cases of severe pulmonary infection patients of infectious diseases department accepts as observation object,this paper according to the order of severe pulmonary infection patients admitted to hospital for groups,one group of severe pulmonary infection patients clinical routine treatment,a total of 40 cases into control group,the remaining group of severe pulmonary infection patients accept sputum suction via fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined alveolar lavage treatment,a total of 40 patients into the group,two groups of severe pulmonary infection patients accept their clinical curative effect after treatment were compared.Results There were significant differences in spO2,SPO2,SPO2 and SPO2 levels between the study group and the control group.There were significant differences in symptom improvement time,ventilation time and hospitalization time between the two groups after treatment.The overall clinical response rate of the two groups of patients with severe pulmonary infection after receiving their respective treatment regiments was significantly different.Conclusion Patients with severe pulmonary infection in clinical with sputum suction via fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined alveolar lavage treatment effect significantly,can significantly improve the severe pulmonary infection patients arterial blood oxygen partial pressure,artery cO2 partial pressure and spO2,shorten the symptoms of severe pulmonary infection patients improve time and length of hospital stay,improve overall treatment effect,disease should be given to the popularization and application.
