泥水盾构在临江中间风井深富水复合地层接收关键施工技术

摘要 泥水盾构在复合地层接收过程中存在涌水涌砂的风险,以南昌地铁4号线安丰站—东新站区间隧道为依托,分析了泥水盾构在东岸中间风井接收存在的安全风险,通过在地面施作三轴搅拌桩、高压旋喷桩、深孔静压注浆加固土体,加固区外设降水井疏干地下水,隧道洞门范围采用玻璃纤维钢筋,洞门范围深孔注浆加固土体等常规措施的基础上,采用了盾构机切削和人工凿除地连墙相结合的方式实现了盾构机安全快速出洞,保证了安全快速接收,该工程的成功实施为今后盾构机在类似工况环境下接收提供了相关技术资料。 There is risk of water and sand gushing during receiving slurry shield in composite stratum.Based on the interval tunnel between Anfeng Station and Dongxin Station of Nanchang Metro Line 4,this paper analyzes the safety risk of receiving slurry shield in the air shaft on the east bank of Ganjiang River.The ground was reinforced by apply-ing triaxial mixing pile,high-pressure jet grouting pile and deep-hole static pressure grouting.The dewatering well outside the reinforcement area was set to drain groundwater.Fiberglass reinforced bar was used within the range of tunnel portal.The deep hole was grouted to reinforce soil in the range of portal area.On the basis of the above conventional measures,the combination of cutting by shield machine and manual diaphragm chiseling off was adopted to make the shield machine exit and is received safely and rapidly.The successful project provides relevant techology for shield machine receiving under similar working conditions in future.
