摘要
网络安全等级保护是国家信息安全保障的基本制度,国家能源集团铁路调度系统遵循网络安全等级保护的相关要求,以“一个中心,三重防护”体系为基础,把安全计算环境、安全网络边界和安全通信网络作为网络安全防护重点,构建网络安全管理中心。结合信息安全技术网络安全等级保护基本要求,重点分析网络安全等级保护发展及现状,围绕国家能源集团铁路调度系统网络安全保护技术研究,以网络安全总体框架和网络安全系统的关键技术为切入点,详细介绍了国家能源集团铁路调度系统网络安全等级保护的重点,对系统网络安全防护体系的三层保障机制进行阐述,并在此基础上对铁路调度系统的网络安全系统部署及应用进行了说明,为相关信息化系统搭建网络安全等级保护体系提供参考。
Network security level protection is a basic system for state information security protection.The railway dispatching system of China Energy follows the relevant requirements of network security level protection and takes the secure computing environment,secure network perimeter,and secure communication network as the focuses of network security protection on the basis of the“one center,triple protection”framework to build a network security management center.Considering the basic requirements of information security technology for network security level protection,this paper mainly analyzed the development and current situation of network security level protection.Centering on the research on network security protection technology for the railway dispatching system of China Energy,this paper began with the key technology for the overall framework of network security and the network security system and elaborated the focus of network security level protection for the system.Moreover,it introduced the triple protection mechanism of the network security protection system for the dispatching system,and on this basis and explained the deployment and application of the network security system for the railway dispatching system.The research can provide a reference for the network security level protection of other information-based system construction.
