基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型护理干预对早产儿母亲出院准备度及育儿胜任感的影响 被引量：11

摘要 目的:探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型(IMB模型)对早产儿母亲出院准备度及育儿胜任感的影响。方法:选取2017年4月至2018年9月我院住院的120例早产儿母亲,按IMB模型实施前后分为对照组和干预组,各60例。对照组按常规进行护理,干预组在对照组基础上基于IMB模型实施护理干预。结果:干预前两组早产儿母亲的出院准备度和育儿胜任感差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后干预组早产儿母亲的出院准备度和育儿胜任感均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于IMB模型的护理干预能够提高早产儿母亲出院准备度和育儿胜任感,值得临床推广应用。
