摘要
社会财富分配正义对于经济平稳运行和赢得人民支持具有重要意义,社会财富分配正义的中国话语权体系的产生具有必然性、批判性和创新性,是中国人民在不断的经济建设探索实践中发展起来的,也是超越了资本主义价值观认识范畴的。在新的历史时期,该话语权体系的构建的理论逻辑在于:认清外部条件——经济总量越来越大,"分好蛋糕"的阶层需求更加明显;依托组织核心——在党组织的领导下才能实现分配正义;聚焦目标任务——为了"大多数人"利益不断解放和发展生产力。未来要在"共建共享"中不断丰富分配正义的精神内涵,坚实话语权的基础,努力做大蛋糕;增强话语权体系的科学性,努力分好蛋糕;强化话语传播的有效性,激发全民共建共享的积极性。
The justice of social wealth distribution is of great significance for the smooth operation of economy and the support of the people.The emergence of the Chinese discourse power system of social wealth distribution justice is inevitable,critical and innovative,which is developed by the Chinese people in the continuous exploration and practice of economic construction,and also beyond the scope of the understanding of capitalist values.In the new historical period,the theoretical logic of the construction of the discourse power system lies in:recognizing the external conditions-the growing economic aggregate,the more obvious needs of the"cake division"class;relying on the organization core-under the leadership of the party organization to achieve distribution justice;focusing on the target task-for the interests of the"majority of people"to continuously liberate and develop productivity.In the future,we should constantly enrich the spiritual connotation of distributive justice,strengthen the foundation of discourse power,and strive to make a bigger cake;strengthen the scientificity of discourse power system,and strive to divide the cake;strengthen the effectiveness of discourse communication,and stimulate the enthusiasm of the whole people to build and share.
