新型臂展式轨枕和Ⅲc型轨枕横向阻力试验和仿真研究 被引量:3

Experimental and Simulation Study on the Ballast Bed Lateral Resistance of New Arm-spread-type Sleeper and Standard Ⅲc Sleeper

摘要 为研究和对比新型臂展式轨枕和标准Ⅲc型轨枕的道床横向阻力特性,开展室内横推试验,并利用离散元法分别建立两类轨枕-道床三维模型,详细分析两类轨枕的道床横向阻力。研究表明:新型臂展式轨枕的道床横向阻力为10.8~11.21 kN,标准Ⅲc型轨枕的道床横向阻力为8.8~9.11 kN,前者较后者道床横向阻力提高22.7%~23.1%;当横推位移为2 mm时,新型臂展式轨枕底面和侧面承受阻力分别占37.9%和23.8%(单侧),标准Ⅲc型轨枕底面和侧面承受阻力分别占比35.7%和19.3%(单侧),两者砟肩阻力分别为14.8%和25.7%。研究结果表明,新型臂展式轨枕两侧阻力块能分担更多阻力,其横向受力面积大的特点使其在相同横向位移的条件下产生更高的横向阻力。 In order to study lateral resistance performance of the new arm-spread-type sleeper and the standard typeⅢc sleeper,the indoor lateral push test was carried out.And three-dimensional models of the two types of sleepers were established by using the discrete element method.The lateral resistance of the track bed of the two types of sleepers was compared and analyzed in details.The result shows that:the lateral resistance of the new arm-spread-type sleeper is 10.8~11.21 kN,and that of the standardⅢc sleeper is 8.8~9.11 kN.The former is 22.7%~23.1%higher than the latter.As the lateral displacement is 2 mm,the bottom and side resistance of the new arm-spread-type sleeper account for 37.9%and 23.8%respectively(single side),while the bottom and side resistance of standardⅢc sleeper account for 35.7%and 19.3%respectively(single side),and the ballast shoulder resistance of the two sleepers are 14.8%and 25.7%respectively.The result shows that,the resistance blocks on both sides of the new sleeper share more resistance,and their large lateral force area make it generate higher lateral resistance under the same lateral displacement.
