摘要
文章分析公共图书馆舆情危机管理现状,指出公共图书馆舆情危机主要包括读者自身权益受到侵害引发的舆情危机、馆员行为失范引发的舆情危机和公共图书馆管理不当引发的舆情危机3种类型,提出坚持信息公开,健全公共图书馆信息发布机制,多方合作、协同治理,把握时机、导控结合,预防为主、防治结合等融媒体视域下公共图书馆舆情危机应对策略。
This paper analyzes the current situation of public opinion crisis management in public libraries,and points out that public opinion crisis in public libraries mainly includes three types:public opinion crisis caused by readers’own rights and interests are infringed,librarians’misconduct,and improper management of public libraries.This paper puts forward the countermeasures of public library public opinion crisis in the perspective of financial media,such as insisting on information disclosure,improving the information release mechanism of public library,multi-party cooperation and collaborative governance,grasping the opportunity,combining guidance and control,putting prevention first and combining prevention and control.
