摘要
为了提高天然球形石墨的电化学性能,采用简单的液相反应方法,以高锰酸钾为氧化剂,乙酸为插层剂,对天然球形石墨进行微膨处理,扩大层间距,增加表面缺陷,提高容量和倍率性能。分别通过改变实验反应温度和反应时间来确定微膨石墨的最佳工艺技术条件。研究表明:40℃反应4 h后,微膨石墨具有最好的性能。相比天然球形石墨,处理后的微膨石墨在0.1 C倍率下其容量为375.7 mAh/g,提升了11.5 mAh/g;1.0 C倍率时容量为172.1 mAh/g,提升了38.2 m Ah/g。该膨化方法操作简单、成本低,具有良好的工业化生产价值。
In order to improve the electrochemical properties of natural spherical graphite,the natural spherical graphite is microexpanded by a simple liquid-phase reaction with potassium permanganate as the oxidizing agent and acetic acid as the intercalating agent,as to expand the layer spacing,increase the surface defects and improve the capacity and rate performance.The optimum technological conditions for micro-expansion of graphite were determined by varying the experimental reaction temperature and reaction time,respectively.The results show that the micro-expanded graphite micro-expanded 4 h reaction at 40℃has the best performance.Compared with natural spherical graphite at 0.1 C,the capacity of the treated micro-expanded graphite is 375.7 mAh/g,improved by 11.5 mAh/g;and the 1 C capacity is 172.1 mAh/g,which is improved by 38.2 mAh/g.The micro-expansion method is simple and low cost,and has good value for industrial production.
