摘要
目的探讨维持性血液透析患者的临床护理干预措施及效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月本院58例维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(常规护理+综合护理干预)与对照组(常规护理),每组各29例。比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组生活质量评分护理后优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于维持性血液透析,在提高生活质量方面有着突出效果,患者满意度高。
Objective This paper aims to explore the clinical nursing intervention measures and effects of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,58 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were selected as the research objects,which were divided into observation group(routine care+comprehensive care intervention)and control group(routine care)according to the random number table method,29 cases in each group.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group after nursing,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in maintenance hemodialysis has outstanding effects in improving the quality of life,and patient’s satisfaction is high.
