饮食健康指导在血液透析所致营养不良患者护理中的作用

Effect of Dietary Health Guidance in Nursing of Patients with Malnutrition Caused by Hemodialysis

摘要 目的探究饮食健康指导在血液透析所致营养不良患者护理中的应用。方法66例血液透析所致营养不良患者,随机分为两组各33例。观察组应用饮食健康指导护理干预措施,对照组单纯应用常规饮食疗法。比较两组炎性因子水平、营养状况、并发症发生率、护理满意度等。结果观察组TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组,IL-10、IL-2水平高于对照组,TP、BMI的营养状况和护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对血液透析所致营养不良患者,采用饮食健康指导护理干预措施,可取得极佳的疾病护理效果,改善炎症状态和营养状况,降低并发症发生率。 Objective This paper aims to explore the application of dietary health guidance in the nursing of malnutrition patients caused by hemodialysis.Methods 66 patients with malnutrition caused by hemodialysis were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in each group.The observation group was given diet health guidance and nursing intervention,while the control group was treated with conventional diet therapy.The levels of inflammatory factors,nutritional status,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of IL-10 and IL-2 were higher than those in the control group,the nutritional status of TP and BMI were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with malnutrition caused by hemodialysis,the use of diet health guidance nursing intervention measures can achieve excellent nursing effect,improve the inflammatory state and nutritional status,and reduce the incidence of clinical complications.
