摘要
目的探讨人工髋关节置换术(THA)病人的有效护理方案与护理效果。方法纳入2017年7月-2019年7月期间南开大学附属医院(天津市第四医院)(以下简称本院)骨科收治120例进行THA治疗的病人,按照随机数字表法分为观察组60例与对照组60例,给予对照组病人常规围术期护理,观察组患者增加综合护理干预,比较两组术后72 h VAS评分、术后平均住院时间、患者对住院期间的护理服务满意率、术后并发症发生率、术后1个月、3个月、6个月的Harris评分。结果(1)观察组术后VAS评分低于对照组,P<0.05;(2)观察组平均住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05;(3)观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05;(4)观察组对住院期间的护理服务满意率高于对照组,P<0.05;(5)观察组术后1个月、3个月的Harris评分高于对照组,P<0.05;两组术后6个月的Harris评分比较,P>0.05。结论给予接受THA治疗的病人综合护理干预,有助于减轻患者的术后疼痛,减少术后并发症发生,促进患者恢复,提高患者的康复效果,患者对该护理模式更满意。该护理模式的应用价值较高,值得推广应用。
Objective This paper aims to explore the effective nursing plan and nursing effect of patients with artificial hip replacement(THA).Methods From July 2017 to July 2019,120 patients underwent THA treatment in the Department of Orthopedics,Nankai University Affiliated Hospital(Tianjin Fourth Hospital)(here in after referred to as our hospital)were divided into observation group 60 according to random number table Cases and the control group of 60 cases were given routine perioperative care in the control group,patients in the observation group increased comprehensive nursing interventions,and compared the72 h VAS score,average postoperative hospital stay,satisfaction rate of nursing services during the hospitalization period,Postoperative complication rate,Harris score at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery.Results(1)The postoperative VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;(2)The average hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05;(3)The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;(4)The observation group’s satisfaction rate with nursing services during hospitalization was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;(5)The Harris score of the observation group at 1 month and 3 months after operation was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;Monthly Harris score comparison,P>0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients receiving THA treatment can help to reduce postoperative pain,reduce postoperative complications,promote patient recovery,and improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.Patients are more satisfied with the nursing model.The application value of this nursing model is high,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
