康复运动护理对冠脉支架植入术后患者冠脉血栓形成及脂质代谢紊乱的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Rehabilitation Exercise Nursing on Coronary Artery Thrombosis and Lipid Metabolism Disorder on Patients Undergoing Coronary Stenting

摘要 目的研究康复运动治疗对冠脉植入术后患者冠脉血栓形成及脂质代谢紊乱影响。方法选取2020年3月-2021年3月在我院行冠脉支架植入术的80例急性心肌梗死患者,根据入院随机编号将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组行常规冠脉护理,研究组行康复运动护理,观察两组患者护理前后血脂水平、心功能,护理后冠脉不良事件发生情况。结果护理后,研究组血脂水平改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组心功能改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组冠脉不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复运动护理可以显著改善冠脉支架植入术患者的血脂代谢,改善其心功能,从而降低冠脉不良事件发生率。 Objective:To study the effect of rehabilitation exercise nursing on coronary thrombosis and lipid metabolism disorders in patients underwent coronary artery implantation.Methods:80 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent coronary stenting in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected according to the random number of admission,and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40cases in each group.The control group received routine coronary nursing and the study group received rehabilitation exercise.The lipid level,heart function,and the occurrence of coronary adverse events were observed before and after nursing in the two groups.Results:After nursing,the improvement of lipid level in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the improvement of heart function in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the study group had poor coronary artery.The event incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation exercise nursing can significantly improve blood lipid metabolism on patients undergoing coronary stenting,improve heart function,and reduce the incidence of coronary adverse events.
