摘要
分别以大理石粉和石灰石粉为脱硫剂,与超纯水配制吸收剂,模拟烟气脱硫实验。结果表明,大理石粉浆脱硫效率始终比石灰石粉浆高。通过扫描电镜、X射线荧光光谱、X射线粉末衍射仪、粒度分布仪分析样品表面形貌及结构。结果表明,大理石粉表面更为光滑平整,晶体组成以方解石为主;大理石粉中脱硫有效成分CaO含量比石灰石粉高6.571%;在方解石含量相近的条件下,大理石粉中难溶解组分白云石、SiO_(2)以及Al_(2)O_(3)含量比石灰石粉更低;大理石粉粒度分布更集中,其平均粒径远低于石灰石粉。大理石粉浆液的脱硫效率等于或高于石灰石粉浆液。
Marble powder and limestone powder are respectively used as desulfurizers to prepare absorbents with ultra pure water,which are then used in simulating flue gas desulfurization experiment.Results show that the desulfurization efficiency by marble powder is always higher than that by limestone powder.The surface morphology,composition and structure of powder samples are analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray powder diffraction,and particle size distribution instrument.It is found that marble powder has a smoother surface and its main crystal composition is calcite.The content of Ca O in marble powder,which is the effective component to remove sulfur,is 6.571%higher than that in limestone powder.Under the condition of similar calcite content,the contents of insoluble components in marble powder such as dolomite,SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3) are lower than that in limestone powder.Marble powder has a more concentrated particle size distribution,and its average particle size is far lower than that of limestone powder.
