摘要
对工作于液氢温度(-252.8℃)、小压力(1 MPa)下的手动球阀做了详细结构设计和强度校核。阀门主要零部件材料选择022Cr17Ni12Mo2即美标AISI 316L,阀门的进出口大小为DN25,对手动球阀的球体、阀体以及阀杆强度等进行了详细的计算推导,并且利用三维设计软件SolidWorks进行了结构设计和建模。
In this paper,the structure design and strength calculation of manual ball valve under the conditions of liquid hydrogen temperature(-252.8℃)and low pressure(1 MPa)were carried out.The material of the main parts of the valve was 022 Cr17 Ni12 Mo2,namely American Standard AISI 316 L.The inlet and outlet size of the valve was DN25.The strength of the ball,the valve body and the stem of the manual ball valve was calculated and deduced in detail.The structure design and modeling were carried out by using the three-dimensional design software SolidWorks.
