摘要
通过两种不同锻造成形方法的研究,制订了H13E滚刀刀圈的最佳锻造方案,既保证了锻件质量符合要求,又提高了生产效率。探讨了锻后冷却及热处理的方法,通过锻后缓冷及球化退火,改善了锻件的质量,均匀组织,降低硬度,改善切削性能,达到良好的交付状态。
Through comparison of two different forging methods,the optimum forging scheme of H13 E hob ring is worked out,which not only ensures that the forging quality meets the requirements,but also improves the production efficiency.The cooling and heat treatment methods after forging are discussed.Through slow cooling and spheroidizing annealing after forging,the quality,uniform structure,hardness and cutting performance of the forging piece are improved.
