摘要
地质雷达法是在建和运营隧道衬砌无损检测的主要方法之一,但采用传统的基于地面耦合雷达天线的地质雷达进行检测时天线与隧道衬砌必须紧密贴合,存在诸多弊端。文章通过调研、理论分析、软件建模、优化设计等方法,在分析研究目前国内外隧道衬砌质量检测技术现状后,从地质雷达法隧道衬砌质量检测台车设计依据、设计原则、方案比选、总体设计、工作原理及受力分析等方面进行了系统研究,研制了样机并结合工艺性试验效果进行改进完善。研发的台车在通过颠簸路面开展隧道衬砌质量检测时,能确保雷达天线与隧道衬砌曲面持续贴合,并能按既定测线直线移动,适用于多种复杂路况条件下隧道衬砌的机械化检测作业,可大幅提高地质雷达法隧道衬砌检测效率、质量和作业安全性。
Geological radar method is one of the main methods of nondestructive testing of tunnel lining in construction and operation.However,the antenna must be closely fitted to tunnel lining when the traditional ground coupled radar antenna is used for detection,which has many disadvantages.In this paper,based on analyzing the current status of tunnel lining quality inspection technology at home and abroad,and through the research,theoretical analysis,software modeling,optimization design and other methods,the systemic research was carried out in terms of the design basis,design principle,scheme comparison and selection,overall design,working principle,and force analysis of the quality inspection trolley for tunnel lining using the geological radar method.A prototype was developed and improveed by combining the effect of the process test.The developed trolley can ensure the continuous alignment of the radar antenna and the tunnel lining surface when the tunnel lining quality is detected through the bumpy road,and can move linearly according to the established line.It can be applied to the mechanized detection of tunnel lining under various complicated road conditions,greatly improving the efficiency,quality and operational safety of the tunnel lining defection using the geological radar method.
