摘要
针对在建九绵高速公路梅家沟隧道出口二次衬砌开裂问题,文章通过分析二次衬砌开裂的特点探讨其成因机理。以调整现场围岩初期支护参数获得的试验结果和典型断面的监控量测数据为分析依据,辅以数值模拟计算该隧道围岩在已测定参数条件下的最终位移值,提出了针对梅家沟隧道二次衬砌开裂的几条防治建议。结果表明:梅家沟隧道在开挖时通过合理地调整围岩支护参数能有效减小围岩的最终位移量;该隧道在开挖时宜根据横断面部位的不同给定不同的预留变形量。
In view of the cracking problems of the secondary lining at the exit of Meijiagou tunnel on JiuzhaigouMianyang expressway which is under construction,this paper discussed the causes and mechanism of secondary lining cracking by analyzing the characteristics of secondary lining cracking.Based on the test results obtained by adjusting initial support parameters of surrounding rock and monitoring data of typical sections,and by calculating the final displacement value of the tunnel surrounding rock under the condition of measured parameters through numerical simulation,several prevention and treatment suggestions for secondary lining cracking of Meijiagou tunnel were put forward.The results show that reasonable adjustment of surrounding rock support parameters during excavation of Meijiagou tunnel can effectively reduce the final displacement of surrounding rock.When the tunnel is under excavation,it is appropriate to distinguish the reserved deformations according to different cross-sectional parts of the tunnel.
