基于三维图像重建的隧道围岩超欠挖与[BQ]值相关性研究 被引量:5

Study on Correlation between Over-/Under-excavation of Tunnel Surrounding Rock and[BQ]Value Based on Three-dimensional Image Reconstruction

摘要 隧道施工过程中不可避免地会出现超欠挖,造成初期支护受损、造价提高等问题。文章依托云南文麻高速公路大法郎隧道,采用数码拍照、图像拼接及三维建模等技术,建立隧道设计开挖轮廓与实际开挖轮廓的三维模型,研究了隧道围岩超欠挖体积及超欠挖位置分布情况,通过统计分析方法揭示了围岩超挖量与围岩基本质量指标修正值[BQ]值之间的相关性。研究结果表明:Ⅳ级围岩工况下超挖主要发生在隧道拱肩及拱顶处,欠挖主要发生在隧道拱脚处;围岩超挖量与围岩基本质量指标修正值[BQ]值之间存在较强的相关性,相关系数达0.882;通过二次函数,建立了围岩超挖量与围岩基本质量指标修正值[BQ]值的关系式,为指导隧道围岩超挖控制提供了依据。 In the process of tunnel construction,over-excavation and under-excavation may inevitably occur,resulting in the damage to initial support and the increase of cost.Based on Dafalang Tunnel of Wenma Expressway in Yunnan Province,digital photography,image mosaic and three-dimensional modeling technology were adopted to establish the three-dimensional model of actual excavation contour and designed excavation contour so as to study the distribution of over-and under-excavation volumes and positions of tunnel surrounding rock and reveal the correlation between the over-excavation amount of surrounding rock and the correction value[BQ]of basic quality index of surrounding rock through statistical analysis method.The results indicate that the over-excavation mainly occurres at the arch shoulder and crown of the tunnel and the under-excavation mainly occurres at the arch foot of the tunnel,under the condition of Grade IV surrounding rock;a strong correlation exists between the over-excavation of surrounding rock and the corrected value[BQ]of basic quality index of surrounding rock,of which the correlation coefficient is 0.882;the relationship between the over-excavated amount of surrounding rock and the corrected value[BQ]of the basic quality index of surrounding rock is established through the quadratic function,which provides a basis for guiding the over-excavation control of surrounding rock.
