摘要
目前,我国的城市地下空间开发建设进入快速发展阶段,但较发达国家仍有一定差距,需要重视城市地下空间规划策略的优化与完善。研究提出地铁域地下空间系统的概念,着眼于交通效能评价,选取上海市城市主中心、副中心和其他具有代表性的地区中心车站为案例研究对象,基于城市人口、轨道交通线网、城市地下空间和城市总体规划等数据指标,利用熵权-TOPSIS法构建了包括客流量和出行效率在内的交通效能评价指标体系,并应用于各站点的交通效能评价,为城市地下空间规划策略的制定提供理论支撑。
The current development and construction of urban underground space in China have entered a rapid growth stage,but there is still a particular gap compared with that in developed countries.It is necessary to pay attention to optimizing and improving the urban underground space planning strategy.This study proposed a concept of underground space system in the metro area.Some stations in main centers and sub-centers of Shanghai city and other representative regional centers were selected as the research objects to evaluate transportation efficiency.Based on the data indexes of the urban population,rail transit line network,urban underground space and urban master planning,a traffic efficiency evaluation index system,including passenger flow and travel efficiency,was constructed by using the entropy-TOPSIS method,and was applied to the traffic efficiency evaluation of each station,providing theoretical support for the formulation of urban underground space planning strategy.
