考虑材料劣化的衬砌结构时变可靠度研究

摘要 依据使用年限内允许的累积失效概率与原设计年限一致的原则,建立目标可靠度动态计算方法。基于碳化作用下混凝土抗压强度衰减模型及碳化和氯离子侵蚀下衬砌钢筋-混凝土黏结力下降模型,建立衬砌抗弯和抗压时变概率模型。基于概率统计理论,计算考虑劣化的不同失效模式下结构失效概率和可靠度,并对失效模式的相关性进行分析,得出衬砌结构的控制失效模式。最后通过时变目标可靠度与时变结构可靠度的对比,进行结构的安全性分析。研究表明:衬砌的抗弯和抗压失效模式的相关性系数在0.95以上,衬砌结构失效模式主要由抗弯失效决定。 A dynamic calculation method for the target reliability is established based on the principle that the cumulative failure probability allowed within the service life is consistent with that of the original design life.Utilizing a concrete compressive strength decay model under carbonation and a bond strength degradation model of rebar-concrete under the combined effects of carbonation and chloride ion corrosion,time-dependent probabilistic models for the flexural and ultimate bearing capacities of the lining are developed.Based on probabilistic statistics theory,the failure probabilities and reliabilities of the structure under different degradation-induced failure modes are calculated,and the correlation between these failure modes is analyzed to determine the governing failure mode of the lining structure.Finally,a safety assessment of the structure is conducted by comparing the time-dependent target reliability with the time-dependent structural reliability.The study indicates that the correlation coefficient between the flexural and compressive failure modes of the lining is greater 0.95,with the flexural failure mode being the dominant factor in determining the structural failure of the lining.
