摘要
下肢浅静脉曲张多为大隐静脉及其属支的病变,属于血管外科常见疾病,患者多因患肢肿胀、沉重感、小腿下段或踝部皮肤营养障碍性病变等临床症状就诊。目前临床中主要以药物、弹力袜压迫疗法、大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术、腔内激光闭合术、超声引导下泡沫硬化治疗等为主。近些年,血管腔内技术的发展改变了下肢静脉疾病的评估和治疗。射频消融术(RFA)治疗下肢静脉曲张可使患者在短期内提高生活质量,恢复正常活动。本文对RFA治疗下肢静脉曲张的研究进展进行综述。
Varicose vein of lower extremities mostly happen in the great saphenous vein and its branches,which are common diseases in vascular surgery.Most patients have swelling and heaviness of the affected limb,skin dystrophic lesions of the lower leg or ankle and other clinical symptoms.At present,drugs,elastic stockings compression therapy,high ligation and stripping of great saphenous vein,endovenous laser closure and ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy are the main clinical applications.In recent years,the development of endovascular technology has changed the evaluation and treatment of venous diseases.Radiofrequency ablation(RFA)as a new technique,can improve the quality of life and restore normal activities in a short time.This paper summarizes the literature of RFA in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity and reviews the research progress.
