摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除术与硬质胆道镜保胆取石术应用于胆囊结石的疗效。方法将本院2016年05月-2018年05月收治的308例胆囊结石患者作为实验对象;随机分为硬质胆道镜保胆取石术组(观察组)和腹腔镜下胆囊切除术组(对照组),每组154例患者,对比两组患者的手术指标以及并发症情况。结果观察组患者的平均手术时间为(103.52±12.51)min,平均术中出血量为(86.92±13.51)ml,平均住院时间为(16.82±3.52)d,低于对照组的(138.83±13.55)min、(129.94±16.02)ml、(28.53±6.01)d(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症发生率为3.90%,低于对照组的11.04%(P<0.05)。结论硬质胆道镜保胆取石术相比较于腹腔镜下胆囊切除术而言,效果更佳,不仅能够大大缩短时间和住院时间,还能够降低术中出血量,降低术后并发症发生率,适合在临床进行开展和普及。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and choledochoscopic choledocholithotomy in the treatment of gallstones.Methods 308 patients with cholecystolithiasis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to may 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,the hard choledochoscopy group(observation group)and the laparoscopic cholecystectomy group(control group).Operation indexes and complications between two groups were compared.Results The average operation time of the observation group was(103.52 roup).up(control group).intraoperative bleeding volume was(86.92 me was(8 m L,the average hospitalization time was(16.82±3.52)d.All data in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(138.83 groupwas(16.82±3.52)d3.52 rm L,(28.53 ontrol grou P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was3.90%,which was lower than that of the control group(11.04%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,hard choledochoscopy can not only shorten the time and hospital stay,but also reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of postoperative complications.It is suitable for clinical development and popularization.
