摘要
目的探究对突发性耳聋患者实施聚焦解决模式干预的效果。方法随机将2018年1月至2019年7月新疆生产建设兵团第二师库尔勒医院86例突发性耳聋患者分为对照组(43例,应用常规护理)、实验组(43例,应用聚焦解决模式)。对比两组患者治疗有效率、负性情绪评分、生活质量评分。结果实验组治疗有效率(95.35%)高于对照组(79.07%),P<0.05;实验组干预后负性情绪评分较对照组更低,且干预后生活质量评分较对照组更高,P<0.05。结论对突发性耳聋患者实施聚焦解决模式干预有助于增强疗效,改善其负性情绪及生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of solution focused intervention model on patients with sudden hearing loss.Methods 86 cases of sudden hearing loss patients in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(43 cases being treated with routine care)and an experimental group(43 cases being treated with solution focused intervention mode).The treatment efficiency,the scores of negative emotion and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of the experimental group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(79.07%),P<0.05.The score of negative emotion in the experimental group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,and the score of quality of life after intervention was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions Solution focused intervention mode on patients with sudden hearing loss can enhance the curative effect and improve their negative emotions and quality of life.
