摘要
阿魏酸是一种天然抗氧剂,属于植物酚酸,广泛应用于食品、药品、化妆品等领域,具有超强的自由基清除能力。由于阿魏酸有着在水中溶解度低、光照下容易发黄、高温下易分解等特点,从而限制了其在化妆品领域的应用。现以PEG-20甘油三异硬脂酸酯作为增溶剂,通过选择合适的油脂和剂型,能够以高承载量的方式将阿魏酸稳定高效地溶解于精华油类型的化妆品产品中。该技术以分子笼技术命名,提升了阿魏酸的生物相容性和利用率,在化妆品领域应用前景广阔。
Ferulic acid is a kind of natural antioxidant and belongs to plant phenolic acid with super free radical scavenging ability.It is widely used in food,medicine,cosmetics and other fields.Because of the characteristics of low solubility in water,yellowing easily under light and easy decomposition under high temperature,ferulic acid is limited in the application of cosmetics.Here the PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate was used as a solubilizer.By choosing the appropriate oil and dosage forms,the ferulic acid can be effectively dissolved in the essential oil type cosmetic products with a high loading capacity.This process was named after molecular cage technology,it improved the biocompatibility and utilization of ferulic acid,and has a broad application prospect in the field of cosmetics.
