摘要
针对舰载振动环境对导弹贮存产生影响的问题,分析了舰载振动环境特点,设计研制了振动监测系统,获取了舰艇航行时的贮存环境振动数据。利用金属橡胶减振技术设计了存放架减振装置,分析确定了金属橡胶相关参数,建立了其三维动力学模型。最后利用动力学仿真实验验证了该减振装置的有效性。
To solve the problem of shipboard missile storage rack to resist vibration,the characteristic of vibration environments were analyzed and the monitor system was designed.The actual vibration data was gotten while sailing.A damper was developed to resist vibration using metal rubbers and its parameters were determined.The result of dynamic simulation test done after building its dynamic 3-dimensional model verified the effectiveness of the damper of resist vibration.
