摘要
武器装备系统的健康管理研究是世界各国研究的热点.本文针对新型火炮控制系统的工作特点,研究了针对火炮控制系统基于数据驱动的健康管理系统的实施框架、关键技术和系统开发与实现.阐述了基于嵌入式操作系统VxWorks健康管理系统的多任务程序设计与实现.围绕数据存储与实时数据可视化,进行了嵌入式数据库设计与基于Tilcon的界面工程的设计与实现.经过实际工程验证,健康管理系统任务划分合理,系统可靠性实时性高,显著提高了火炮控制系统的保障性.
The research on the health management of weapon systems is a hot topic in many countries around the world.Based on the working characteristics of the new-type artillery control system,this work studies the implementation framework,key technologies,and system development of the data-driven health management system for the artillery control system.The multi-task program design and implementation based on VxWorks health management system based on embedded operating system was expounded.Focusing on data storage and real-time data visualization,the embedded database design and Tilcon-based interface engineering are designed and implemented.After actual engineering verification,the health management system has a reasonable task division,high system real-time reliability,and significantly improved the supportability of the artillery control system.
