摘要
解析全球传播生态为考察中国共产党全球形象传播提供了一个更为宽广的视角。在全球传播语境下,媒体话语再生产社会与文化,再现和建构了政党形象及其权力关系。当前,国际局势复杂性、严峻性、不确定性显著上升,长期由美西方国家和媒体主导的全球传播生态,制约着中国共产党的话语能力或传播能力的展现,是歪曲中国共产党国际形象的关键因素。面对这一形势,中国共产党应围绕“政党话语-政党形象-话语权力”三个要素,从加强话语传播能力、有效塑造和传播政党形象出发,最终提升国际话语权,实现政党形象修复目标。围绕这三个要素,构建目标明确、效力强大、互动传播范式的中国特色战略传播体系,重塑全球传播生态。
Analyzing the global communication ecology provides a broad perspective for examining the situation of the CPC’s international image.In the context of global communication,media discourse reproduces society and culture,reproducing and constructing the image of political parties and power relations.The complexity,severity,and uncertainty of the current international situation have significantly increased.The global communication ecosystem,which has been dominated by Western countries and Western discourse for a long time,restricts the expression of political parties’discourse or communication capabilities,and is a key factor in distorting the international image of political parties.The CPC should combine the three elements of“political party discourse,political party image,and discourse power”to enhance their discourse communication ability,effectively shape and disseminate the political party image,demonstrate the charm of the CPC,and ultimately have international discourse power.A strategic communication system with Chinese characteristics should be constructed in conjunction with the changes in the global communication ecology.
