内冷油腔结构对锻钢活塞换热的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了探索内冷油腔结构改变对锻钢活塞冷却效果和结构可靠性影响的规律,利用ANSYS对锻钢活塞的温度场和应力场进行仿真计算。通过改变内冷油腔的轴向尺寸和径向尺寸,改变内冷油腔的轴径比和体积,进而研究内冷油腔变化对冷却效果产生的影响。研究结果表明:内冷油腔径向变化对活塞头部温度影响不大,对内冷油腔有一定的降温效果;内冷油腔轴向变化对活塞头部冷却效果的影响比较明显。 In order to explore the cooling effect of changing the inner cooling gallery and structure reliability of the forged steel piston,ANSYS was used to analyze the temperature and stress field.By changing the axial and radial dimensions of the inner cooling oil gallery,the cooling effect was studied.The results show that the radial change of the inner cooling oil gallery has little cooling effect on the head of the piston,but has some influence on the bottom of the inner cooling gallery,and the axial change of the inner cooling oil gallery has obvious cooling effect on the head of the piston.
