摘要
农业弱化、农村空心化、农民分化等新"三农"问题衍生出了农地保护与农业污染问题、农村基层党组织建设弱化问题及失地农民和农民工权益保障问题。新时代,党中央对于破解新"三农"问题及其衍生出的问题、推进脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴的有效衔接、全面推进乡村振兴等已谋篇布局到位,各项工作任务已经明确,各地应从全面加强党对"三农"工作的领导、"三农"人才队伍建设等方面着手抓好任务的具体落实。
The new"three rural"problems,such as the weakening of agriculture,hollowing out of rural areas and the differentiation of farmers,have led to the problems of farmland protection and agricultural pollution,the weakening of rural grass-roots party organization construction,and the protection of the rights and interests of landless farmers and migrant workers.In the new era,the Central Committee of the party has laid out plans and arrangements for solving the new"three rural"problems and their derivatives,promoting the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.All localities should comprehensively strengthen the party’s leadership over the"three rural"work and the construction of"three rural"talent team.
