摘要
[背景]比较种植牙与传统修复技术在老年人群牙列游离端缺失修复中的疗效及安全性.[病例报告]选择2019年1月—2019年12月间收治的130例单牙牙列游离端缺失的老年患者,分为对照组和研究组,每组各为65例,分别采用传统义齿(对照组)和种植牙(研究组)进行修复.评估两组牙齿修复效果,比较牙齿修复后的咀嚼率、固位稳定性、自我感觉评分及修复满意度.结果见,研究组牙列游离端缺失修复成功率、咀嚼率及固位稳定率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),修复后美观效果、咀嚼功能、固位功能、语音功能及舒适度等自我感觉评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),修复后总满意度亦显著高于对照组(P<0.05).[讨论]与传统义齿修复技术比较,种植牙技术修复老年牙列游离端缺失的疗效及安全性均较高.
BACKGROUND To compare the efficacy and safety of implant and traditional restoration techniques in the treatment of elderly patients with free end loss of dentition.CASE REPORTS A total of 130 elderly patients with single dentition free end loss admitted from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,65 cases in each group.Traditional denture(control group)and implant(study group)were used for restoration respectively.The remediation effects of the two groups were evaluated.The mastication rate,retention stability and self-perception score and restoration satisfaction after dental restoration were compared.The results showed that the remediation success rate,masticatory rate and retention stability of the free end loss of dentition in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The aesthetic effect,masticatory function,retention function,voice function and comfort of the study group after restoration were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group after restoration was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).DISCUSSION Compared with traditional denture restoration technology,implant restoration technology has higher efficacy and safety in the treatment of elderly patients with free end loss of dentition.
