乳腺癌钼靶X线钙化征象与纤维连接蛋白表达的相关性

摘要 [目的]探讨乳腺癌患者钼靶X线图像中钙化征象与纤维连接蛋白(FN)表达的相关性.[方法]选择2019年2月—2021年10月间50例在延边大学附属医院经手术及病理检查证实为乳腺癌的患者作为研究对象,术前均行钼靶X线检查,按照是否存在钙化分为钙化组和无钙化组,并观察钙化组钙化灶的形态特点,将其分为泥沙样钙化、细杆样钙化和颗粒样钙化组.采用SP免疫组织化学方法检测癌组织标本中FN的表达情况,分析术前钼靶X线图像中钙化征象与FN表达的关系.[结果]本组50例患者中23例有钙化征象,钙化组FN阳性表达者17例(73.9%),无钙化组11例(40.7%),钙化组FN阳性表达率明显高于无钙化组(P<0.05).钙化组中细杆样钙化FN阳性表达率明显高于无细杆样钙化组(P<0.05);泥沙样钙化及颗粒样钙化与FN表达间均无相关性(P>0.05).[结论]乳腺癌钼靶X线细杆样钙化与FN表达有相关性,通过乳腺癌钼靶X线钙化形态可粗略推测FN表达情况,认为对评估乳腺癌发展及预后有价值. OBJECTIVE T o investigate the correlation between mammography calcification signs and fibronectin(FN)expression in breast cancer patients.METHODS A total of 50 patients with breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathological examination in the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from February 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the study objects.Mammography examination was performed before surgery.They were divided into calcification group and non-calcification group according to the presence or absence of calcification.The morphological characteristics of the calcification in the calcification group were observed,and it was divided into sediment-like calcification,thin rod-like calcification and granular calcification group.The expression of FN in cancer tissue samples was determined by S-P immunohistochemical method,and the relationship between preoperative mammography calcification signs and the expression of FN was analyzed.RESULTS A mong the 50 patients,23 patients had calcification signs,17 cases(73.9%)in the calcification group and 11 cases(40.7%)in the non-calcification group had positive FN expression,and the positive FN expression rate in the calcification group was significantly higher than that in the non-calcification group(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of FN in the thin rod-like calcification group was significantly higher than that in the non-thin rod-like calcification group(P<0.05).There was no correlation between sediment-like calcification and granular calcification and FN expression(P>0.05).CONCLUSION There is a correlation between the expression of FN and thin rod-like calcification on mammography of breast cancer.The expression of FN can be roughly inferred from the calcification morphology of mammography in breast cancer,which is valuable for evaluating the development and prognosis of breast cancer.
