摘要
目的比较妊娠晚期临界性羊水过少不同母体水化疗法方案,分析治疗效果。方法选取妊娠晚期临界性羊水过少患者90例作为研究对象,同时随机分配成3组各30例,A组30例患者给予饮水治疗;B组30例患者给予口服新鲜熟豆浆治疗;C组30例患者给予口服熟豆浆+山药治疗。统计比较各组治疗前后的羊水指数(AFI)、血液流变、胎儿脐动脉血流指标情况。结果治疗前A、B、C组AFI、血液流变、胎儿脐动脉血流指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后各组AFI值均高于治疗前,血液流变、胎儿脐动脉血流指标均有好转(P<0.05);C组效果最佳(P<0.05)。结论母体水化疗法治疗妊娠晚期临界性羊水过少疗效肯定,对胎儿及孕妇状态改善明显,进而能有效干预分娩结局。探索的母体水化疗法方法众多,选择面宽,其中新疗法疗效显著,值得临床推广。
【Objective】To compare different maternal hydration therapies for critical oligohydramnios in the third trimester of pregnancy and analyze the therapeutic effects.【Methods】Ninety patients with critical oligohydramnios in the third trimester of pregnancy were selected as the research object and randomly divided into 3 groups.Thirty patients in group A were treated with drinking water.Thirty patients in group B were treated with fresh cooked soybean milk.Thirty patients in group C were treated with oral cooked soybean milk plus yam.The amniotic fluid index(AFI),hemorheology and fetal umbilical artery blood flow index before and after treatment in each group were statistically compared.【Results】Before treatment,AFI,hemorheology and fetal umbilical artery blood flow indexes in group A,B and C showed no significant difference(P>0.05).AFI values of all groups were higher after treatment than before treatment.Hemorheology and fetal umbilical artery blood flow indexes were improved(P<0.05).Group C had the best effect(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Maternal hydration therapy is effective in the treatment of critical oligohydramnios in the third trimester of pregnancy.It can significantly improve the status of fetus and pregnant women,and can effectively interfere with the delivery outcome.There are many methods to explore maternal hydration therapy,and the choice is wide.Among them,the new therapy has obvious curative effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
