摘要
一种自动控制模拟汽化步进全状态环境的球体转动接头试验台,通过运动模拟装置中的水平、竖直滑动模组分别提供横竖方向的直线动力,用来模拟步进联箱移动梁的上升、下降、前进、后退的工作路径,旋转电机则用来模拟球体转动接头在极限位置受力时的扭转运动。而汽化环境模拟装置,通过安装在其筒体上的各控制阀和传感器所组成的自动给排水系统、温度控制系统及压力控制系统,模拟汽化冷却系统的内外部工作环境,实现温度、压力恒定,运动轨迹真实的全工作状态环境仿真的球体转动接头试验台。
An automatic control simulation of the evaporation step all state environment sphere rotating joint test bench,through the horizontal and vertical motion simulation device sliding module provides the direction of the straight line power,respectively used to simulate the moving step header beam of up,down,forward,backward work path,a rotary motor is used to simulate the sphere rotating joint in force at the time of the limit position reverse motion.And vaporization environment simulator,by installing the control valve on the cylinder and sensor of automatic water supply and drainage system,temperature control system and pressure control system,simulation of evaporative cooling system of internal and external working environment,realize constant temperature,pressure,trajectory simulation of the working state of the real environment sphere rotating joint test rig.
