摘要
目的:论证及探讨壮医经筋针刺联合壮药热痹痛治疗治疗湿毒蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎(acute gouty arthritis,AGA)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的90例患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,每组各45例。两组均给予以基础治疗,治疗组予壮医经筋针刺及壮药热痹痛治疗;对照组给予双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊及别嘌醇片治疗。都以1周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。在治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗2周后、治疗3周后分别进行疗效评估,如关节红肿热痛、活动不便及中医证候等进行量化判定,并参考ESR、CRP、UA等实验室数据的变化。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效率为91.11%,明显高于对照组73.33%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:壮医经筋针刺联合壮药热痹痛治疗湿毒蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎的疗效较常规治疗有一定优势,可改善AGA患者的中医证候,缓解AGA的炎症反应。
Objective:To demonstrate and explore the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine meridian acupuncture combined with Rebitong Mixture treatment for acute gouty arthritis(AGA)with dampness and toxicity.Method:Ninety patients who matched the enrollment criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each with 45 cases.Both groups were treated with basic therapy,and the treatment group was given Zhuang medicine meridian acupuncture combined with Rebitong Mixture;the control group was given sodium diclofenac double-release enteric capsules combined with allopurinol tablets.1 week/course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The efficacy was determined before treatment,after 1 week of treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,and after 3 weeks of treatment,as well as the quantitative evaluation of the Chinese medical symptoms such as redness,swelling,heat and pain of joints,and difficulty in movement;the changes of laboratory parameters such as ESR,CRP and UA were detected.Results:The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the experimental group was 91.11%significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhuang medicine meridian acupuncture combined with Rebitong Mixture can improve the efficacy of acute gouty arthritis with dampness and toxicity,improve the Chinese medical evidence and reduce the inflammatory reaction of AGA.
