摘要
细胞膜色谱法(CMC)是将受体细胞膜结合到硅胶表面,制成细胞膜固定相,并利用药物与细胞膜受体之间具有特异性亲和力的特性和色谱学理论来研究流动相中药物与受体相互作用的规律。近年来,随着CMC的不断发展和完善,其已大量应用于中药复杂体系活性成分的筛选等方面,本文对目前常用的细胞膜色谱技术及其在中药复杂体系筛选中的应用研究进行综述。
Cell membrane chromatography(CMC)is a method of binding receptor cell membranes to a silica surface to make a cell membrane stationary phase,and using the property of specific affinity between drugs and cell membrane receptors and chromatographic theory to study the law of drug-receptor interaction in mobile phase.In recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of CMC,it has been applied to the screening of active ingredients in complex systems of traditional Chinese medicine in large quantities.This paper reviews the commonly used cell membrane chromatography techniques and its application research in the screening of complex systems of traditional Chinese medicine.
