摘要
化脓性关节炎(SA)是一种化脓性细菌感染引起的急性关节疾病,可引起软骨破坏、局部粘连、关节僵硬以及屈伸功能受损等不可逆后遗症,导致患者严重残疾,增加患者经济和医疗负担,降低患者生活质量。近年来临床上对化脓性关节炎治疗的方法不断研究创新,中西医结合治疗化脓性关节炎比单一的西医治疗或者中医治疗更能兼顾到化脓性关节炎的方方面面,更能够实现内外标本兼治的作用,疗效更显著,本文就目前中西医结合治疗化脓性关节炎的研究进展进行综述,为临床治疗化脓性关节炎提供有效参考。
Suppurative arthritis(SA)is an acute joint disease caused by bacterial infection.It can cause irreversible sequelae such as destruction of cartilage,local adhesion,joint stiffness and damage of flexion and extension,it leads to severe disability,increases patients’economic and medical burden,and reduces patients’quality of life.In recent years,the treatment of septic arthritis has been studied and innovated in clinic.The treatment of septic arthritis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is more effective than single western medicine or Traditional Chinese medicine,this article reviews the research progress of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of suppurative arthritis,and provides effective reference for the clinical treatment of suppurative arthritis.
