摘要
痛风是由于嘌呤代谢紊乱或尿酸排泄减少,导致血尿酸增高引起关节部位出现疼痛、红肿、灼热、活动受限等症状的一种疾病。中医将其归属于"痹证""痉湿暍病"等范畴。主要论述防己黄芪汤加味治疗痛风性、骨性关节炎的临床应用,阐述痛风性关节炎的西医发生机制,介绍痛风性关节炎中医发病的病因病机、治疗方法及预防措施,并举病案佐证。
Gout is a group of diseases caused by sputum metabolism disorder or uric acid excretion,which causes symptoms such as pain,redness,burning,and restricted mobility in the joints due to increased blood uric acid.Traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the category of"sputum syndrome"and"dampness and rickets".The article mainly discusses the clinical application of Fangji Huangqi Decoction in the treatment of gouty osteoarthritis,expounds the mechanism of western medicine of gouty arthritis,introduces the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment methods and preventive measures of gynecological arthritis,and gives evidence to the case.It is summarized as follows.
