摘要
以"木瓜""木瓜籽""化学成分""药理作用"等作为关键词,检索中国知网、万方网、维普网等数据库,收集归纳与整理近年来的相关文献,对中药木瓜和木瓜籽的化学成分和药理作用进行文献考证。结果发现木瓜和木瓜籽均含有三萜类成分、黄酮类、有机酸、微量元素、维生素等多种化学成分,都具有抗炎镇痛免疫、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、保肝等药理作用;不同之处在于木瓜具有抗关节炎作用和保护胃肠等作用,而木瓜籽具有镇咳祛痰作用。通过了解木瓜和木瓜籽在化学成分和药理作用方面的区别,为木瓜的加工和现代运用提供了依据,为药典完善木瓜质量标准提供了参考。
Using“Chaenomelis Fructus”“Flowering Quince Seed”“chemical components”“pharmacological effects”as keywords,search the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,to collect,summarize and collate relevant literature from recent years,The chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Chaenomelis Fructus and Flowering Quince Seed were studied.It was found that both Chaenomelis Fructus and Flowering Quince Seed contain various chemical components including triterpenoids,flavonoids,organic acids,trace elements,vitamins,and so on,which all have anti-inflammatory and analgesic immunity,antioxidant,antitumor,hepatoprotective and other pharmacological effects;The difference is that Chaenomelis Fructus has anti arthritic effects and gastro protective effects,and Flowering Quince Seed have antitussive and expectorant effects.By understanding the difference of chemical composition and pharmacological action between Chaenomelis Fructus and Flowering Quince Seed,it provides the basis for the processing and modern application of Chaenomelis Fructus,and provides the reference for improving the quality standard of Chaenomelis Fructus in pharmacopoeia.
