摘要
目的:应用数据挖掘技术总结临床针灸治疗糖尿病便秘及糖尿病腹泻的经脉、腧穴选择特点及规律。方法:收集20年来关于针灸治疗糖尿病便秘及糖尿病腹泻等糖尿病胃肠疾病的临床文献,运用Excel建立针灸临床处方数据库,采用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行描述性分析和因子分析,应用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对数据进行关联规则分析。在分别总结糖尿病便秘及糖尿病腹泻的临床用穴特点及规律的同时,比较它们之间差异。结果:纳入的关于针灸治疗糖尿病便秘的文献有24篇,针灸治疗糖尿病腹泻的文献有16篇,针灸治疗糖尿病胃肠疾病的文献有12篇;针灸治疗糖尿病便秘及糖尿病腹泻的选穴均以足三里、天枢为主,所选腧穴的经脉均分布于任脉、胃经、膀胱经、脾经上;通过因子分析发现,在针灸治疗糖尿病便秘中,可分为支沟、中脘-气海-神阙-关元、上巨虚-足三里-天枢3个公因子,而在针灸治疗糖尿病腹泻中,则分为足三里、脾俞-肾俞-胰俞、中脘-神阙-关元-气海-天枢3个公因子;在腧穴配伍的关联规则分析中发现,针灸治疗糖尿病便秘及糖尿病腹泻的腧穴配伍均以足三里-天枢的配伍使用频次最多。结论:针灸治疗糖尿病便秘及糖尿病腹泻在经脉和腧穴的选择规律上存在一致性,该研究为针灸治疗此两种疾病的临床及基础研究提供了思路。
Objective:To summarize the characteristics and rules of meridians and acupoints selection in treating diabetes constipation and diabetic diarrhea by data mining technology.Methods:Used data mining to collect 20 years of clinical literature on acupuncture treatment ofdiabetic gastrointestinal diseases such as diabetic constipation and diabetic diarrhea.Excel was used to establish the database of clinical prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion SPSS17.0 was used for descriptive analysis and factor analysis,and IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 was used for association rule analysis.At the same time,the differences between them were compared,and the characteristics and rules of meridians and acupoints selection in clinical acupuncture treatmentof diabetic constipation and diabetic diarrhea were summarized.Results:24 articles on acupuncture treatment of diabetic constipation,16 articles on acupuncture treatment of diabetic diarrhea,and 12 articles on acupuncture treatment of diabetic gastrointestinal disease;The main acupoints in treatment of diabetic diarrhea and diabetes constipation are Zu Sanli and Tian Shu,and the main meridians are in Ren meridian,stomach meridian of foot-Yangming,bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang,spleen meridian of foot-Taiyin;Through the factor analysis,three common factors were obtained in treatment of diabetes constipation,they are Zhi Gou,Zhong Wan-Qi Hai-Shen Que-Guan Yuan,Shang Juxu-Zu Sanli-Tian Shu,three common factors were obtained in treatment of diabetic diarrhea,they are Zu Sanli,Pi Shu-Shen Shu-Yi Shu,Zhong Wan-Shen Que-Guan Yuan-Qi Hai-Tian Shu;Zu Sanli-Tian Shu was the highest frequency use of acupoints by the association rules analysis in treatment of diabetic diarrhea and diabetes constipation.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of diabetic diarrhea and diabetes constipation,and provided some references and ideas for the clinical application and basic research to treat diabetic,diarrhea and diabetes constipation.
