摘要
槐角又名槐实,性苦、寒,归肝、大肠经,始载于《神农本草经》,具有凉血止血、清肝明目的功效,药用开发价值较高,槐角的炮制最早在南北朝时期就有记载,除沿用至今的蜜炙和炭制,古代还出现过净制、切制、乳汁制、炒制、麸炒、胆汁制、煮制、黑豆制和清蒸等炮制方法。槐角中所含物质,化学成分复杂,主要有黄酮类、三萜皂苷、生物碱、磷脂、氨基酸以及多糖等,对人体的心血管系统、免疫系统、内脏系统、生育系统等疾病以及辐射损伤等有一定的治疗作用,具有抗癌、抗肿瘤、抗炎、保护血管、降血脂、抗胃溃疡、抗生育等药理作用。其中发挥药理作用的主要活性成分为黄酮类化合物,并且炮制前后其化学成分均有一定变化。通过查阅大量文献和相关书籍,系统论述槐角的有效成分、药理作用及炮制历史沿革,以期为槐角的炮制原理、药物开发、质量评价和临床应用提供参考依据。
Sophora japonica also known as Sophora flavescens,is bitter and cold,and belongs to the liver and large intestine.It has the effect of cooling blood and hemostasis,clearing liver and bright eyes,and has high medicinal development value.There are flavonoids,triterpene saponins,alkaloids,phospholipids,amino acids and polysaccharides in Sophora japonica,which have many effects on cardiovascular system,immune system,visceral system,reproductive system and radiation damage Certain therapeutic effects,with anti-cancer,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,protection of blood vessels,lowering blood lipids,anti-gastric ulcers,anti-fertility and other pharmacological functions.The main active component of pharmacological action is flavonoids,and its chemical composition changes before and after processing.On the basis of consulting a lot of literature and related books,the author systematically discusses the processing history,active components and pharmacological effects of Sophora japonica,hoping to provide basis for the processing principle,drug research and development,quality evaluation and clinical application of Sophora japonica.
